Booking BUTTON placement is included in the SGD 199 launch. This add-on sets up the booking link account itself (Cal.com, Calendly or similar) using the operating hours and contact number you provide during onboarding.
Does not include personal calendar sync, staff scheduling, payments, deposits, reminders, custom booking logic or ongoing support. For anything beyond this, email contact@madeproper.sg for a custom quote.

Prefer a fixed yearly plan over per-change quotes? Request website content edits anytime and we turn them around within 7 days, all year.
Covers content edits within the original website scope. New systems, redesigns, ecommerce, custom booking logic or out-of-scope work are quoted separately. (This add-on supersedes the per-change quote model for ongoing edits — update Terms/FAQ to reference it.)

Fair use
Fair use, in plain English
The SGD 199 launch fee covers a standard business informational website setup.
It includes website design and setup, content copywriting from your onboarding answers, mobile responsive layout, image gallery where suitable, basic SEO title and description, contact or booking BUTTON placement, 3 revision rounds and launch-ready handover.
It does NOT include domain registration, business email account, booking link account setup, custom booking systems, ecommerce, payment collection, login portals, databases, custom software, unlimited revisions or ongoing maintenance.
Third-party services (hosting, email, domain registrar, booking platforms) are subject to their own limits, availability and pricing. Where a paid provider plan is required, the upgrade cost is passed through at provider cost.
Hosting
Hosting and SSL are set up at launch using managed cloud hosting. Fair use applies — built for standard business informational sites, not high-traffic ecommerce or enterprise workloads. Continued hosting beyond launch is subject to provider terms and any paid plan upgrades are passed through at provider cost.
Business email
Business email setup is an add-on (from SGD 100/yr). Provided through Lark Mail or an equivalent third-party provider. Free tier suits small teams; paid provider upgrades are passed through at provider cost.
Copywriting
We turn your onboarding answers into website-ready copy, then place it into a proper page structure. Not a brand strategy session.
Booking
Booking BUTTON placement on the website is included in the SGD 199 launch. Booking LINK account setup (Cal.com, Calendly, etc.) is a SGD 50 one-time add-on — we configure one event type using the operating hours and contact number from your onboarding. Custom booking systems with calendar sync, staff scheduling or payments are a separate engagement (email contact@madeproper.sg).

Refunds, plainly
You can change your mind.
Full refund if you change your mind before production begins. We typically start work within 24 hours of checkout, so the window is short but real.
Once production starts, the SGD 199 launch fee is non-refundable. Once a domain is registered in your name, the domain cost is non-refundable separately (paid through to the registrar).
Yearly add-on subscriptions (domain renewal, business email) can be cancelled at any time before next renewal — no surprise charges.
